Now, in 2008, in South Africa, I've taking up the challenge of setting things straight ! The British are notoriously haughty. Snobbery is a fundamental part of many a Brits claim to all sorts of 'higher ground'.
We'll as native South Africans, we have not been very bothered with this lot of blow-ins until just recently. It seems these first generation immigrants have the misguided impression that they are naturally superior, here in our land, South Africa.
To those that have little respect for their proper place in South African society, we vow, we'll be putting manners on you !
